| The first day we visited Lake Notley we were just driving around looking for something for sale on the lake. It was my wife’s deepest desire to be right on the water, I always said if I could float her in a tube all day she would be totally happy. We first noticed your signs, Cozy Cove, that sounded good right away to us, and the best part was the cozy. After seeing you signs everywhere around the lake and looking at some of the properties we decided on a whim to find your building. You listened to our wants and desires and actually made us, feel welcome to the lake before we even belonged there. That was our first real experience with you all. Sara showed us what she thought was the cutest place on the lake (on a cove) for the value. Mary fell in love with it from the moment she walked onto the porch. I thought it wasn’t going to work for me. There was no pressure but the kind we put on our self to fulfill our dream. Sara, Karyn, and Mom all helped in anyway possible to work out the details and close the deal. Phone calls, bargains, begging, joking, laughing, looking at it again and again on paper and then even a second trip, gosh what patience you had with us. Finally the day came and we closed the deal, signed the papers, got the keys and it was ours. Sara took us to lunch that was the best. Thanks again all of you, we love you and love living at the lake.
